Search engines, especially Google gives priority to keywords rooted with anchor text.

But in all this, the blogger or site developer must make sure that there must not be too many links on the site that would actually irritate or frustrate the reader. In such cases it is necessary to be specific with the links that are related to your post.

XML Sitemaps
